Tiramichoux
Our unique take on classic Italian tiramisu. Delizza Belgian Mini Cream Puffs are dipped in coffee ganache and layered between creamy mascarpone mousse.
Ingredients
For the Coffee Ganache
(Makes 6 servings / 12 ounces)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 1 cup chocolate chips
For the Mascarpone Mousse
(Makes 6 servings / 24 ounces)
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- ¾ cup heavy cream
For the Tiramichoux
(Makes 1 serving)
- 5 Delizza Belgian Mini Cream Puffs
- ½ ounce amaretto
- 2 ounces coffee ganache (see recipe)
- 4 ounces mascarpone mousse (see recipe)
- 2 ounces whipped cream
- 1 ounce chocolate shavings
- 1 party skewer
Directions
For the Coffee Ganache

In a saucepan, bring heavy cream to a boil.
Add instant coffee and whisk to combine.
Pour liquid over chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes. Stir to combine until smooth.
For the Mascarpone Mousse
In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar.
Add mascarpone and heavy cream until fully combined.
For the Tiramichoux

Drizzle Delizza Belgian Mini Cream Puffs with amaretto, then dip in Coffee Ganache (see above).

Place 2 mini cream puffs in a small glass, and layer with 2 ounces of Mascarpone Mousse (see above). Repeat with 2 mini cream puffs and remaining 2 ounces of Mascarpone Mousse.

Top with whipped cream and garnish with a skewered mini cream puff and chocolate shavings.
