Strawberry Crunch Cream Puffs

Made with our Belgian Mini Cream Puffs, these bite-sized treats combine classic strawberry shortcake flavors with delightful convenience. They’re sure to be the highlight of any summer gathering!

Ingredients

(Makes 15 Strawberry Crunch Cream Puffs)

Directions
  1. In a food processor, pulse together the freeze dried strawberries and shortbread cookies until a coarse crumble is formed. Set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, melt strawberry-flavored candy melts per package instructions. Add coconut oil if necessary to thin out consistency.

  3. Using a toothpick, dip Delizza Belgian Mini Cream Puffs into the melted candy melts and tap off any excess coating.

  4. Place coated Mini Cream Puffs on a sheet lined with parchment and quickly sprinkle with the crumbled strawberry shortcake mixture.

  5. Allow coating to cool and set, then enjoy.
