S’mores Eclair Parfait

A black-tie version of the typical campfire s’more. This parfait is quick and easy to make with Delizza Belgian Mini Eclairs.

Ingredients
  • (Makes 1 servng)
  • 4 Delizza Belgian Mini Eclairs
  • 6 marshmallows, warmed
  • 1 ounce chocolate shavings
  • 1 ounce graham cracker crumbs
  • Chocolate curls (as garnish)
Directions
  1. Place 2 Delizza Belgian Mini Eclairs in a goblet.

  2. Brûlée 3 marshmallows with a small torch and layer on top of eclairs.

  3. Sprinkle with ½ ounce of chocolate shavings and ½ ounce of graham cracker crumb.

  4. Repeat steps with remaining ingredients. Top with chocolate curls and serve.
