Mini Eclair Sundae

Ingredients
(Makes 1 serving)
- 5 Delizza Belgian Mini Eclairs
- 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
- 1 ounce Chocolate Sauce
- 1 ounce whipped cream
- 2 chocolate wafer cookies
- 1 ounce chocolate shavings (as garnish)
- Walnuts, chopped (as garnish)
- 1 maraschino cherry (as garnish)
Directions
Place 2 Delizza Belgian Mini Eclairs in serving glass.
Add 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream and whipped cream. Drizzle with chocolate sauce, whipped cream and chopped walnuts.
Top with chocolate wafer cookies and a maraschino cherry.
