Ingredients

(Makes 1 serving)

  • 5 Delizza Belgian Mini Eclairs
  • 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
  • 1 ounce Chocolate Sauce
  • 1 ounce whipped cream
  • 2 chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1 ounce chocolate shavings (as garnish)
  • Walnuts, chopped (as garnish)
  • 1 maraschino cherry (as garnish)
Directions
  1. Place 2 Delizza Belgian Mini Eclairs in serving glass.

  2. Add 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream and whipped cream. Drizzle with chocolate sauce, whipped cream and chopped walnuts.

  3. Top with chocolate wafer cookies and a maraschino cherry.
