Shock and awe with our signature Delizza Freakshake, piled high with Belgian Mini Cream Puffs, Eclairs and Macarons, taking dessert to the next level.
(Makes approximately 6 to 8 jars)
- 6 Delizza Belgian Mini Cream Puffs
- 3 Delizza Belgian Mini Eclairs
- 3 Delizza Macarons
- Strawberry milkshake
- • 3 to 4 scoops (approximately 1½ cups) strawberry ice cream
- • ¼ to ⅓ cup milk
- 1 doughnut
- 1 cake slice
- Whipped cream
- Sprinkles (optional)
For the strawberry ganache
- 1½ cups white chocolate
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons strawberry jam
Create a strawberry ganache. Heat white chocolate and heavy cream in a small saucepan. Bring to a light simmer.
Add strawberry jam to the cream and mix in thoroughly.
Dip Delizza Belgian Mini Cream Puffs into the strawberry ganache. Optionally, add lines of white chocolate to the top of the Belgian Mini Cream Puffs.
Create freakshake garnishes by skewering Delizza Belgian Mini Cream Puffs, Macarons and Belgian Mini Eclairs with paper straws.
Use strawberry ganache to create a “drip” on the rim of a milkshake glass. Add sprinkles to the strawberry ganache if desired.
Fill the milkshake glass with a strawberry milkshake. Leave about ½ an inch of space at the top of the glass.
Place a doughnut over the milkshake glass. The doughnut will act as a support base to the freakshake.
Add a piece of cake to the top of the doughnut.
Place the skewered garnishes through the cake slice.
Use whipped cream to cover the base of the straws.
Add additional garnishes (Macarons, wafer sticks, sprinkles, etc.) to decorate the freakshake.
