This updated online privacy policy (“Policy”) is provided to users of Delizza (“Delizza”, “we”, “us”). This detailed update is provided to give users more detailed information about how any personal identifying information (“PII”) is used by Delizza, and to provide a procedure for users to ‘opt-out’ if they do not wish to permit PII to be used to enhance their Site experience. Although Delizza is not an employer currently covered by Europe’s General Data Protection Regulation, this Policy is consistent with the Regulation and California state and/or applicable law related to rights of privacy in PII and this Policy is effective May 25, 2018. Our Site may ask for and collect PII in order to enhance your experience and provide you with relevant information.   3. You may instruct us to remove personal data under your rights of the General Data Protection Regulation. Any removal will be limited to regulatory compliance and what is permitted by law.

  4. Even after you deactivate your account, we may retain certain information as required by law, for legitimate business or safety purposes.
